Compensation and Benefits for Medical Sales Agent - reputed company Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 annually - 3 weeks (2 weeks + 6-7 federal holidays) paid time away and 401K - Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits. Responsibilities for Medical Sales Agent - Conduct 80% outbound calls to engage patients with their health benefits, ensuring high levels of participation and satisfaction. - Utilize exceptional communication skills to educate patients on the importance of engaging with their benefits and the impact on their health. - Employ persuasive techniques and motivational skills to encourage patient participation and adherence to health programs. - Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, preferences, and feedback to continuously improve the engagement strategy. Qualifications for Medical Sales Agent - 1+ years of experience in a medical sales or reputed company medical field role. - Strong foundation in medical terminology and healthcare systems, particularly Medicaid. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Bilingual (preferred) to cater to a diverse patient population.
