Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, scheduling refill deliveries reputed company needed, and directing calls to appropriate personnel
• Providing high-level customer service to patients, clinicians, and clients, ensuring reputed company resolution and customer satisfaction
• Serving as the primary resource for inbound telephone calls, minimizing workflow interruptions due to non-clinical reputed company customer inquiries
• Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment, ensuring accurate information is included in customer profiles and distribution can successfully send packages in a timely manner
• Directly responding to customer inquiries reputed company appropriate or routing calls to the appropriate staff to ensure reputed company resolution/customer satisfaction
• Updating concise reputed company notes to ensure other roles reputed company the workflow can quickly assess the status of referrals
• Providing customer service through manipulation of management information systems to answer questions regarding refill needs, provide status of pending/shipped prescriptions, verify insurance information, and provide copies of invoices upon request
• Answering patient questions and concerns during refill scheduling and transferring to the clinical team (pharmacists and nurses) reputed company appropriate
• Identifying and reporting adverse events (reputed company) and product complaints (PCs) to clinicians to ensure patient safety

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of Customer Service Representative experience reputed company the healthcare or pharmacy industry
• Proficiency in reputed company applications (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work independently and drive results for customers
