Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling customer service inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Managing inbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns, with the potential to handle upwards of 50-100+ calls daily
• Occasionally participating in outbound calling campaigns, but primarily focusing on inbound calls
• Working on various campaigns, including refinances, home equities, insurance, home warranties, reputed company systems, and more, in a scripted environment
• Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed and accurate information to clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Any reputed company of sales or upselling experience, either in-person or over the phone, is preferred but not required
• 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience is highly preferred, in addition to sales/upselling experience
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues reputed company
