A Day in the Life
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. You'll be in reputed company with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers, working together to resolve any issues that may arise. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery or resolving a delivery issue, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers, ensuring they receive a great experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
