As a Work-From-Home Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for clients, delivering professional and high-quality customer service. Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound service calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications, using your problem-solving skills and can-do attitude
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest technology and processes

Qualifications:
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
