Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a remote basis. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for accurately entering payroll data, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering payroll data into multiple systems, including pre and post-sales information, order fulfillment, payment processing, and order accuracy verification
• Initiating new service order requests, coordinating, and tracking product/service installation processes
• Supporting and leading reputed company projects generated by reputed company Sales Channels
• Preparing reports as requested
• Educating customers on arenaflex products and services
• Meeting or exceeding critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
• Drafting routine client and/or customer correspondence
• Responding to questions, helping resolve problems, and directing calls to appropriate resources
• Completing special operational and client projects as assigned
• Acting as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, reputed company vendors, and external customers
• Providing order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor
• Coordinating and processing off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
• Acting as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or reputed company of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll data entry or a reputed company field
• Strong experience with reputed company reputed company, including intermediate-level skills
• Experience with data entry, including payroll and commission backgrounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in payroll or a reputed company field

• Experience with G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family, or other online platforms
• Knowledge of payroll software and systems
• Experience with customer service and sales support
