The Senior Manager, Supply Chain is responsible leading reputed company Supply Chain and Direct Procurement activities for the Lakewood factory, serving as the on-site representative for Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and Warehousing Functions. This role provides strategic leadership for Procurement, SIOP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning), Planning, Scheduling, Inventory, and Supplier Management to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations. This leader drives the development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of factory-level supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with global strategies, optimized material flow, robust inventory performance, and cross-functional collaboration to support production and service-level goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Establish uniform practices and processes across procurement and supply chain functions to support lean operations and drive functional synergies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relatable field, or equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully reputed company the essential functions of the job may be considered

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years progressive management experience in Supply Chain roles, including:
• Experience as the responsible party for the SIOP process
• Experience in global high-volume manufacturing/distribution environments.

• Experience in a regulated industry, medical device, and/or pharmaceutical experience is desired.
• Experience with ERP systems (reputed company preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence, influence at reputed company levels of the organization
