Job Summary The Sales Operations Specialist plays a central role in driving operational excellence across the commercial organization. This position requires a highly organized, analytical, and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate reputed company workflows with precision and insight. As a key connector between Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and reputed company, this role demands strong coordination skills and critical thinking to ensure data reputed company, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives. The specialist will support the Sales Team primarily through reputed company, synthesizing data across systems and enabling the team with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate reputed company documentation, seamless handoffs to Services and Finance, and timely updates across reputed company objects (Assets, reputed company, Opportunities).
  • Apply critical thinking to identify data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that improve forecasting and reputed company tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize Sales Operations workflows, including reputed company data updates, reporting, and cross-functional team support for pipeline visibility, renewal tracking, and customer engagement.
  • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for sales operations support, triaging and tracking requests and resolving or escalating issues with speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Services and Sales to uphold data reputed company and ensure alignment on booking forecasts and reputed company conversion.
  • Integrate data from multiple platforms (reputed company, Marketo, reputed company) to produce reliable insights and eliminate duplication.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM administration, or commercial support roles.
  • Proficiency in reputed company, with experience in reporting, data management, and user support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with MS reputed company and ability to learn other supporting software tools as needed.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) and ERP systems is a plus.
