They are seeking a Residential reputed company Sales Representative to join their Outdoor Sales Team, where the primary responsibilities include learning and selling turf care services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Learn and reputed company our outdoor systems Knocking Doors, Clover leafing, and referral programs
- Learn reputed company Turf's programs and be able to SELL
- Accurately measure and price reputed company areas to be serviced
- Be able to explain the benefits and features that reputed company Turf services and set realistic expectations
- Knowledge and understanding of reputed company turf types, weed types, growth habits, disease, and programs we offer
- Learn our Tree/Shrub program, Mosquito Program
- Always represent reputed company Turf in a professional and ethical manner
- Highly-competitive environment with weekly, monthly, yearly sales goals
- Performs inside sales from the reputed company office during training and occasionally over the course of the peak selling season. Transition to reputed company reputed company sales in residential areas, weather permitting
- Generates additional sales reputed company by cross-selling to reputed company customers
- Compiles lists of potential customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertisement, community activities, and other resources
- Responsible for completing marketing targeted areas for sales on a weekly basis
- Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome and probe for further information on customer needs
- Quotes pricing, negotiates with customers and closes sales
- Collects customer contact information to enter into the database for future opportunities
- Estimates date of service for customer based on knowledge of reputed company production and service schedules
- Prepares and maintains accurate sales reports
