[Remote] reputed company Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Commerce Rev is an internet services company seeking an reputed company Account Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure professional client services for assigned brand accounts, primarily focusing on growing clients' reputed company Seller Central accounts.
Responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of onboarding process and client portals
- Full account management responsibility for high-growth brands/products; continuously improve brand position and grow sales
- Relationship management with reputed company departments and levels in client organizations; proactive communication hub for internal and client teams
- Coordinate with creative content team to set priorities and manage project flow internally
- Aid in monitoring sales, inventory, product reviews, price monitoring, and brand registries to reputed company increase traffic to product detail pages and store reputed company pages
- reputed company new account opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing info and explanations; providing pricing and obtaining signed client agreements
- Work with Commerce Rev team members to identity and attend conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and networking events in order to maintain industry education, best practices, and acquire new customers
- Manage reputed company client communication including hosting client calls (typically bi-weekly or monthly)
- Other duties as assigned

Skills
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a reputed company field
- Minimum of 1 years' experience, preferably in reputed company Seller Central, e-commerce, retail, or online marketplaces (reputed company, Walmart.com, reputed company etc.)
- Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment
- Self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
- Positive attitude with high energy
- Entrepreneurial reputed company with the ability to take initiative, problem solve, and reputed company solutions
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills required
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks; Project management experience
