Entry Level - Territory Sales Specialist, Wound Closure
Corza Medical is dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to surgical providers. As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales reputed company non-acute markets, developing relationships with reputed company, and driving growth for the company's wound closure product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio
- Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow-up
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams
- Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization
- reputed company account strategies that increase product adoption and market share reputed company assigned territory
- Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor actions; communicate insights to sales leadership
- Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM (reputed company.com)
- Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel
- Travel reputed company assigned territory up to 30% of the time; territory covers Long reputed company, Buffalo, N New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, healthcare, or reputed company fields)
- Interest in medical device or healthcare industry; previous internship or entry-level exposure is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability to travel reputed company territory and occasionally overnight
- Must live reputed company the assigned territory area
- This role requires meeting the hospital credentialing requirements
