[Remote] Program Optimization Specialist

They are seeking a Program Optimization Specialist to guide clients in managing travel spend and improving investment returns through consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Guide and direct the customer in an efficient, effective manner to reputed company the objectives as set for the project, reputed company the agreed timelines and associated costs
- Interact across a range of subject matters – where applicable - including sourcing and category management, expense management, stakeholder engagement and communication, and spend management
- Translate reputed company data into key messages and to present to internal & external stakeholders and counterparts
- Work on several smaller sized engagements to reputed company with and as your skills and abilities reputed company will transition to larger sized engagements reputed company backed up by continual training and development
- Primary area of focus will be reputed company to the Program Optimization practice line, which spans Travel Policy, Traveler Behavior Analytics and Optimization, as well as Change Management strategy development and delivery

- Reviews and validates analyses, develops options/alternatives and creates insightful recommendations in context of total engagement

- Understanding of both reputed company travel data and supplier/third party data (reputed company/Hotel/Car rental supplier, Corporate Card, Expense, etc.)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and reporting (i.e., Tableau, reputed company Office)
- Ability to accommodate occasional client travel up to 10%
- Relevant travel experience, such as procurement, strategic sourcing, etc
- Experience interacting effectively with people at reputed company levels reputed company a team or client organization
- Consulting, project management, analytic and travel/reputed company/hotel industry experience
