reputed company is seeking a Licensed Inside Sales Representative to quote and sell insurance policy premiums to incoming sales prospects. The role involves providing excellent customer service, educating clients about insurance products, and following up on leads to enhance sales.
Responsibilities
- Quotes and sells insurance products to new and reputed company customer
- Advises prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options relative to prospect circumstances and meeting the needs of the customer
- Runs reports from various systems to verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
- Explains coverage and payment options to the customer
- Responsible for outbound follow up on unsold internet leads which may have a likelihood of purchasing
- Services existing customer policies as required including policy changes reputed company customer service is not available
- Follows up on reputed company department requests to ensure policy reputed company adherence and improve retention
- Attends sales meetings, seminars or educational activities to stay reputed company with market trends, regulations and maintain state licensing
Skills
- You must CURRENTLY have an active Property and Casualty Producers License or a Personal Lines License to be considered for this role
- Possesses a thorough understanding of company guidelines with the ability to communicate those guidelines to customers and other employees
- Familiar with reputed company Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multi-task with speed and accuracy
- Organizational and problem solving skills
