[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting leads, qualifying accounts, and generating opportunities for the sales team, playing a crucial role in the business's success.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Engage potential customers and qualify leads, identifying prospects that align with Orum’s reputed company market
- Generate Pipeline Opportunities: Actively build and maintain a steady flow of prospects to support our sales teams
- Present Orum’s Value: Serve as the reputed company line in introducing Orum’s solutions to potential customers, effectively communicating our value proposition and creating interest
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and support overall sales goals
Skills
- Must be a reputed company U.S. citizen
- Must be currently residing in or near Austin, TX. No other locations will be considered at this time
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with people
- Quick learner with a curious reputed company
- Basic tech proficiency – e.g., CRM tools (like reputed company), reputed company Workspace, etc
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
- Familiarity with cold calling or email reputed company
