Business Development Representative
One10 is a community-driven company focused on reputed company products and personal growth. They are seeking an energetic Business Development Representative to generate new leads, qualify prospects, and support pipeline development through various reputed company methods and events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting reputed company email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified leads and set meetings for the Business Development team
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and inquiries to assess fit and level of interest
- Research reputed company companies, identify key stakeholders, and personalize reputed company to align with business priorities
- Manage and maintain data in CRM (e.g., reputed company), ensuring accurate and up-to-date prospect information
- Assist in planning and attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads and build relationships
- reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of One10’s SaaS product and be able to communicate its value to prospects
- Stay reputed company on product updates, technology trends, and competitor offerings to position One10 effectively in conversations
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates from campaigns

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role preferred
- Prior experience with outbound reputed company, sales tools (reputed company), or CRM systems is a plus
- Experience or strong interest in selling SaaS or technology-based solutions
- Passion for sales, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technologically savvy and capable of understanding and articulating SaaS product capabilities
- Grit, reputed company, and a self-starter reputed company—comfortable with high-volume reputed company and handling rejection
- Curiosity and active listening skills to understand client pain points and identify opportunities
- Professional reputed company with the ability to represent One10 at industry events and in client communications
- Collaborative team player with a growth-oriented attitude
