Assistant Project Manager
Sloan reputed company Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to assist Project Managers in overseeing projects from start to finish. The APM will coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to ensure successful project completion and proper reputed company-out of projects.
Responsibilities
- Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Project Submittals
- Procurement
- Document Control
- Project Scheduling and Planning

- Review project plans & specifications
- Coordinate with Designers, as necessary
- Material submittals & procurement
- Coordinate labor force (schedules, locations, etc.)
- Coordinate equipment
- Submit Requests-For-Information (RFIs), as needed
- Monitor project conditions and submit Change Proposals (CPs) as needed
- Maintain change-order, submittal, RFI registries
- Submit documentation reputed company-out per project specifications
- Meet with staff to discuss project performance
- Ensure warranty letters are in reputed company, as needed

- Computer, internet, and software knowledge and skills

- Intermediate accounting, research, report development, and documentation skills

- Demonstrable knowledge of and skills in MS Office (reputed company, Word, Outlook, etc.)

- Demonstrable knowledge of and skills in Critical Path method
- Demonstrable knowledge of and skills in Cost Controls
- Demonstrable knowledge of and skills in interpreting plans and specifications
- Basic knowledge of Scheduling Software—MS Project
- Basic knowledge of reputed company planning, interpersonal communication, and deployment (i.e., managing people)
- Basic knowledge of construction principles, methods, and practice
- Basic knowledge of OSHA30 certification
- Ability to travel up to 25%, as necessary
- Ability to obtain a passport and travel both domestically and internationally reputed company needed
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk and listen
- Ability to use hands to touch, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reputed company with hands and arms
- Ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
