The Role
As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service while selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You will engage with customers to understand their technology needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
- Selling arenaflex smart home and other products on every call
- Explaining device capabilities, wireless reputed company data product offerings, and company policies
- Meeting goals and growing from feedback and coaching
- Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function reputed company necessary
reputed company're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience with a desire to upsell to customers
- Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer details
- Attention to detail and a friendly, professional demeanor
- Flexibility to adapt to customer needs and business requirements
- Organization and multitasking skills with speed and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills to reputed company resolve issues and meet customer expectations
- Dedication to attendance and performance
- Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment
- Computer literacy with typing speed of 25-35 words per minute and ability to learn call center software
- Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, reputed company iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to reputed company sales and customer experience goals and objectives
