Job Summary
As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers reputed company online chat. You'll be the face of our clients' businesses, helping to turn website traffic into leads and reputed company. Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide in-depth information about products and services, helping customers reputed company informed decisions
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients

Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Have a solid understanding of basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and reputed company in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
* Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
- Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
- Gaming experience is preferred
