Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and other digital channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from clients regarding benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries
- Guiding and informing customers on their prescription benefits, plan usage, formulary, fees, and status of orders and claims or inquiries
- Resolving customer concerns and listening attentively while documenting required information in computer systems
- Determining issues and corresponding options and measures to customers, pharmacies, and physicians with prescribed purchases and reorders
- Making outgoing calls to clients regarding prescription orders and remittance concerns

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent (or higher) OR comparable work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience, including giving service over the phone
- Knowledge with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer functions
