Job Responsibilities
As our first full-time Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in shaping the support experience for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Learning our software product and providing top-notch support to customers through various channels (email, chat, phone, etc.)
- Collaborating with reputed company to reputed company and maintain comprehensive help center documentation, ensuring that our users have easy access to the information they need
