Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members, providing them with exceptional support and guidance on their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll answer inbound calls, address questions about medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and more, helping our members reputed company understand their benefits and options. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions

• Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits and options
• Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve member issues and concerns, escalating reputed company cases to senior representatives as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
