Responsibilities

Ability to establish and track appropriate metrics associated with strategy and programs. Strong planning, organization and project management – attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tracks at the same time. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Executive gravitas a must. Experience with CRM (reputed company) and marketing automation (Marketo) is a plus. Marketing Project Management tool familiarity (e.g. Basecamp, reputed company) is a plus. Prefer candidates who have worked for or with companies that market/sell to Human Resources. Some travel may be required. The annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $250,000.
