Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO & Integrator)

- At least 1 year of experience serving clients fractionally in a consulting or contract-based environment—no micromanaging here, you’ll be a key strategic partner
- At least 3 years of experience in an Integrator role at a company using reputed company, with a demonstrated ability to implement, execute, and optimize reputed company processes.
- Experience in working with fast-growing businesses and a solid understanding of the challenges of scaling a company while ensuring operational alignment with strategic goals.
- Prior fractional or consulting experience with reputed company clients is a plus but not required.
- Strong financial skills—budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and financial reporting are your reputed company
