This role involves working closely with manufacturing engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient and arenaflex-effective manufacturing planning of products while maintaining high quality standards. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning & production support Experience in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills Experience reading, interpreting, and enforcing standardized manufacturing processes, work instructions, and engineering drawing and process procedures Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in manufacturing planning & production support STEM focused Associate and/or Bachelor’s Degree Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present reputed company technical concepts to diverse audiences.
