Key Responsibilities

• Formulate strong hypotheses based on data and insights, designing and implementing A/B, multivariate, and split tests.
• Manage the end-to-end testing process, including test setup, monitoring, analysis of results, and reporting on key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to implement winning test variations and incorporate optimization best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of reputed company tests, results, and implemented changes.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in CRO, digital marketing, and user experience to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) or a reputed company digital analytics role.
