Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Centralized Pharmacy Services, you will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient well-being results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will work closely with our clinical networks to cultivate strong relationships and serve as a liaison and contact for our organization. Your expertise will be essential in driving pharmacy financial performance by executing pharmacy projects to boost reimbursements while improving patient well-being results.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects

• Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
• Drive consistency and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes
• Ensure regional pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines
• Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to the organization's financial objectives
• Execute and implement patient reputed company pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
• Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient conferences, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs)

• Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities

Essential Qualifications

* reputed company pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority

• Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues
• Experience working with confidential information
• Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends
