Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Sales Chat Agent to join reputed company in Kansas City, MO. As a Sales Chat Agent, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through live chat or email, selling the value of our clients' products and services, and providing recommendations through needs-based selling. You will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, educating customers on the value, features, and benefits of our services, and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers who are active and lodge inquiries online reputed company our client's website
• Handling incoming queries from customers who are interested in learning more about our clients' products and services
• Closing new phone/line subscriptions, adding accessories to go with the phone, offering tablets and the latest phones
• Responding promptly to customer concerns, recording and documenting each transaction in reputed company forms of communication
• Adhering to client privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy
• Maintaining regular attendance as required by your position
• Working non-traditional business hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends as business demands

Qualifications

To be successful as a Sales Chat Agent, you will need:

• Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude
• General understanding and experience with call centers/customer service, or sales
• Ability to use reputed company computer equipment and programs being used
• Keen attention to detail, above-average oral and written communication skills
• Strong administrative, computer, organizational, and detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to monitor work for accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to deal with customers patiently, tactfully, and reputed company by presenting services to the customer for sales opportunities
• Support for the mission, vision, and values of arenaflex
• Personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and confidentiality in reputed company areas of responsibility
• Strong decision-making skills with good judgment
• Ability to multi-task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure

• Enjoy helping customers choose the best telecommunications package for their needs
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse customer reputed company
• History of excellent work attendance required
• Minimum one (1) year Customer Service/Sales with upselling experience required
• Minimum one (1) year experience meeting goals or quotas required
• Minimum one (1) year Call Center experience in a sales account preferred
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry is a plus
• Previous work experience in a Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willing to work onsite
