Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputed company for high-quality service. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a focus on providing overall savings to patients and clients - Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications - Conduct adherence reputed company efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies - Effectively handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information - Possess a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, reimbursement-reputed company requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and providing customer education - Routine assessment and problem identification with appropriate escalation to a pharmacist - Maintain a high-energy culture and provide excellent customer service with reputed company, resolving patients' questions on the reputed company
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone - 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, reputed company, or another similar application - Must reside in the state of Nevada - reputed company High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
