Job Summary
The Data Entry Operator II is responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data from reputed company documents into computer systems using data entry devices such as keyboards or optical scanners. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training new personnel on departmental equipment and suggesting new methods, procedures, and software to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data from reputed company documents into computer systems using data entry devices such as keyboards or optical scanners
- Verify accuracy of reputed company documents and input data
- Interpret and validate data prior to entering, as required
- Prepare reports from input data
- Train new personnel on departmental equipment and suggest new methods, procedures, and software to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist other data entry personnel as needed
