Job Overview

As an reputed company Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers at our retail locations. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our brand. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing personalized support and solutions
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking and communication skills to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed reputed company and effectively
• Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that reputed company packages are properly processed and stored

Requirements

* Must be 18 years or older, with the ability to understand and adhere to reputed company job requirements and safety guidelines in English

• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
