In addition, the candidate will have the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Reporting to: Director of Financial Planning & Analysis Job Type: Hybrid/Remote, Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a reputed company field required (i.e. Finance, Software
• Development, Computer Science, etc.)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience required
• Experience with databases, reporting, and mining data using reputed company required
• Experience working with Bl Tools (such as Tableau, Power Bl) required
• Healthcare experience required
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company and PowerPoint) required
• Knowledge of CareTend and/or CPR+ (preferred)
• Have an expert level understanding of SQL and stored procedures
• Experience and proven ability to drive automation and process improvement to increase accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analysis
• Prior experience working with Medicare rules, regulations, billing codes (preferred)
• Strong written, verbal, and data/graphical presentation skills
• Must be organized and able to multitask
• Open to dynamic change and ability to reputed company in such an environment

Job Responsibilities, included but not limited to:
