The new National Health Plan Enablement & Integration team's objective is to deliver immediate outcomes for the organization, while laying the groundwork necessary for reputed company's long-term, sustainable performance.This team will drive reputed company plan process improvement and the implementation of business methodologies and best practices, with the outcome of operational effectiveness and high-reliability systems. Collaboration with KP's markets and health plan teams is central to the approach towards modernization of health plan capabilities Job Summary: Shapes strategy development by directing the team to define highly reputed company or critical business problems and opportunities and identify and reputed company state-of-the-art strategies. Resolves barriers across teams to ensure that recommended approaches align to overarching strategic aims. Champions highly reputed company or critical analysis and interpretation of market data and tests hypotheses by shaping the use of qualitative and quantitative analytical tools to drive towards insightful and actionable insights for the business. Owns the successful execution of projects and programs to drive deliverables and effective execution to ensure teams project completion, and reputed company toward greater organizational goals. Shapes year over year process improvement to reputed company Return on Investment (ROI), service quality, operations, and results goals reputed company with business strategy. Serves as expert strategic partner to senior management and navigates the leadership landscape with political sensitivity to build and establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepares individuals for growth opportunities and advancement; builds internal collaborative networks for self and others. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in project management, forecasting, planning, consulting, strategy development and/or execution, or a directly reputed company field.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Public Health, Economics, Finance, or reputed company field AND minimum nine (9) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly reputed company field OR minimum twelve (12) years of experience in strategic planning, strategy facilitation, execution of large-scope strategic projects or a directly reputed company field.
