This role involves managing referrals, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing excellent customer service to patients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and document referral information reputed company fax, email or electronic medical record portal. Answer incoming calls reputed company to referrals. Requirements
High school diploma or GED. 1+ year of call center experience. Knowledge of medical terminology. Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
