Job Overview

We are seeking full-time and seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer accounts, and offering technical assistance. You will be expected to work from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your personal laptop or desktop computer and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace.

Compensation Details

We offer competitive compensation packages, including:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
• Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period
• Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
• Complete a background reputed company and health screening
• Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite internet are not compatible)
