About the Role
As a Customer Engineer - Exchange, you'll be a key technical resource for our enterprise clients in the legacy space. Your primary focus will be on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance. You'll have the opportunity to:

Required Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Deep understanding of Exchange server architecture: Experience with Exchange server 2010, 2013, 2016, and Exchange Online.
- Deep troubleshooting skills: Ability to troubleshoot Exchange server 2010, 2013, 2016, and Exchange Online.
- Designing and implementing services: Experience with designing and implementing services such as High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging, Mailbox migrations both on-prem and cloud.
- Experience in assessing Exchange Servers: Ability to assess Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, provide best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, and support customers on their operations in Exchange environments.
- Experience with Exchange migrations, upgrades, and optimizations: Proven track record in successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments.
- Deep understanding of SMTP: Experience with SMTP and Failover Clustering.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting: Ability to write and execute PowerShell scripts.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is between $95,000- $125,000 Annually, depending on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
