About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) On-Site

We're seeking a talented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare team in Jacksonville, North Carolina. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering expert customer experiences and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve billing issues and address claims questions/inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Address benefits and enrollment questions/inquiries, providing clear and concise information to customers
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy of customers and maintain confidentiality
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and supportive

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
