Key Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company aspects of customer interactions, including ticketing, registration, baggage handling, and resolving complaints and issues
• Process transactions, handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balance daily transactions

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
• Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing systems, rules, and regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions
• Ability to complete the Customer Service Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and a probationary period
• Ability to be aware of hazardous situations and handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis
• Ability to work under reputed company time constraints to reputed company quick turns of aircraft

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a reputed company field
• Ability to speak multiple languages
