Job Summary:

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for managing order processing, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. You will work closely with our sales team, technical support, and collection personnel to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities:

* Manage order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems

• Work with customers, sales reps, and sales management over the phone and email to resolve issues and provide product information
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Collaborate with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems
• Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
