Job Summary
As a Customer Service and Sales Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, answering product and brand questions, and selling add-ons and upselling products reputed company chat or phone. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, provide solutions, and exceed their expectations. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities
