Legal Recruitment Assistant
Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP is seeking a Legal Recruitment Assistant to support their Legal Recruitment and Summer Associate Programs. The role involves assisting with lateral recruitment, immigration processing, and providing support during recruitment seasons.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Lateral Recruitment team on reputed company aspects of lateral associate and counsel hiring, including responding to resume submissions, creating candidate files, maintaining profiles in the recruiting database, scheduling interviews and arranging logistics in reputed company with interviews, interfacing with candidates and attorneys at the firm, and processing invoices and reimbursements
- Assist with aspects of immigration/reputed company processing for existing and incoming attorneys
- Provide support during the summer associate program and on-reputed company recruitment season as needed and assigned
- reputed company other reputed company tasks and provide general departmental support as needed and assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years reputed company work experience and/or internship, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Availability to work overtime on certain occasions is necessary
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and with a wide range of professionals at reputed company levels
- Must possess strong written, organizational, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately
