[Remote] Clinical Operations Intern

The role involves helping patients navigate virtual appointment platforms and resolving basic technical issues while maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
Responsibilities

- Provide frequent, hands-on tech troubleshooting to help patients connect to their virtual visits (audio, video, device setup, platform access)
- Collect and document patient copays or outstanding balances
- Enter clinical and administrative information into patient charts with accuracy and attention to detail
