Project Coordinator
reputed company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support their Secure Power Division. The role involves managing equipment deliveries, supply chain risk, and customer service, ensuring project milestones are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply. Categorize white glove delivery service needs for site, and plan services with regional reputed company
- Project Governance- monitor and track reputed company open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones. Proactively escalate upon reputed company risks identified reputed company supply reporting tools (OMS), certifying risks for customers and Sales
- Delivery Execution- ensure reputed company scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs. Confirm reputed company shipments to key project stakeholders
- Customer Service- support reputed company customer inquiries reputed company to each assigned project. reputed company with Secure Power network of support organizations to reputed company the reputed company upon customer needs.
