One year of customer service experience is required. Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills. Clear and concise verbal and written communication. Proficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learn new technologies (reputed company suite, Redfin proprietary tools).
