Responsibilities
- Support reputed company efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, ensuring a seamless and satisfying journey for our clients
- Exceed budgeted sales goals by supervising a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives and managing other sales resources as assigned
- Recruit and train new sales representatives, building a capable and dynamic team to drive sales success
- Balance field and office work to effectively support sales staff, dedicating approximately 70% to field activities and 30% to office responsibilities

Skills
- A bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required, or equivalent experience
- 1+ year in sales and at least 6 months in supervisor role
- Ability to maintain reputed company vision, peripheral vision and the capability to adjust focus effectively
- A valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and auto insurance are essential
- Proficiency in using personal computers and software applications like word processing and spreadsheets is essential
- Possess knowledge of community sales practices and maintain a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record that meets company standards, along with required auto insurance
