Procurement Assistant (Remote Role)

About the Role: We are seeking a qualified Procurement Assistant to support the Procurement and Sourcing team by collating, organizing, and entering data into digital databases. The role will require attention to detail, as a key focus will be data accuracy. Responsibilities:
- Manage team inboxes for shipping and receiving reputed company Supplier Network
- Proactively communicate with Suppliers on upcoming shipment status
- Process Purchase Order Receipts
- Create, fulfill, and Receive Transfer Orders
- Sort, organize, and archive supporting documents for Procurement transactions in reputed company
- Distribute and update Open Purchase Order Lines and Open Transfer Order Reports
- Monitor and support Procurement-reputed company tasks with Finance and Distribution teams
- Provide additional data gathering support for Operations team and reputed company reputed company
- Identify issues and opportunities
Works with:
- Procurement for open purchase orders and vendor management
- Finance for 3-way matching of PO receipts
- Distribution for inbound receiving process
- Logistics for shipping and Transfer Order process
About You:
- A minimum of two years of reputed company experience
- Proven experience as a data entry operator
- Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of databases
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to reputed company information confidential
- Ability to work independently

Our Total Rewards: The annual reputed company pay for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual reputed company pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, reputed company level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
