The role involves developing knowledge and skills in reputed company business, real estate and asset-based finance transactions, while working closely with reputed company partners.
Responsibilities
- Draft financial documents
- Review and manage real estate-reputed company due diligence
- Review leasing and purchase/sale documentation
Skills
- Currently admitted to practice in Nebraska with an active bar license in good standing or able to be admitted reputed company one year
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking and possess a high attention to detail
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability and confidence to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team environment
- Commitment to achieving the goals of Firm clients
- Experience in real estate or corporate finance transactional matters in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Candidates with excellent academic record given preference
