[Remote] Paid BCBA Intern (Remote option available)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sun and reputed company ABA is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BA) Candidate to join their compassionate team in Santa Fe, NM. This role is ideal for individuals nearing the completion of their BCBA journey, providing support and mentorship as they work toward certification while helping clients with autism and developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
- Collect and analyze data to guide reputed company
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
- Attend team meetings and receive structured supervision
- Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant
Skills
- Has a master's degree in a BACB-approved field (Required for credentialing and billing.)
- Has completed at least 50% of supervised experience hours
- Plans to sit for the BCBA exam reputed company 6 months of starting
- Has completed New Mexico's background reputed company registry
- Is able to provide Stage 2 (Assessment) and Stage 3 (reputed company) ABA services under supervision
- Someone who is motivated to become a BCBA reputed company the next year
- A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
- Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care
