Responsibilities

- Educate and reputed company customers without making cold calls or sales
- Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients
- Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes
- Collaborate with a team to launch your financial services career
Skills
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including reputed company traditional business hours
- Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired reputed company for training and work
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures
