- Answer incoming calls to enroll prospects from qualified leads for Prime Fitness and use persuasive sales skills to retain plan members
- Build rapport with members to identify need & recommend appropriate solutions
- Answer questions and provide guidance to new members on amenities, facilities, billing etc.
- Assist, support, or offer alternate solutions to members who wish to cancel
- Be considerate of challenges faced by callers or members and use good judgment reputed company handling sensitive information
- Handle each member interaction with courtesy, professionalism and respect to guarantee exceptional service while supporting company values and policies
