As an Airport Operations Crew member, you will be responsible for checking in and confirming clients' identification, labeling, lifting, and handling client baggage, booking, selling, and checking flight reservations, meeting and assisting with flight appearances and takeoffs, planning airplane lodge for takeoff, facilitating client loading and deplaning, helping clients with special needs, and adhering to any specially appointed demands on a case-by-case basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* reputed company clients' identification and verify their travel documents

• Label, lift, and handle client baggage, ensuring timely and efficient processing
• Report flight appearances, takeoffs, and pre-loading data through the public location reputed company
• Communicate with clients to reputed company them informed and address any concerns or issues
• Offer auxiliary services to clients, such as "more speed" and "more space"
• Coordinate with colleagues and different divisions to ensure seamless client service
• Assist with planning airplane lodge for client loading and takeoff, including cleaning of seats, seat-pockets, and floor
• Operate airport equipment, such as client enplaning/deplaning equipment, reputed company span, super way, and airstairs
• Help clients with special needs, such as clients who require assistance with boarding

• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

• At least 18 years of age
• One year of customer service or sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to complete a customer service evaluation
• Familiarity with the JetBlue Uniform Strategy Manual Principles
• Willingness to travel and work variable hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience using a mouse, PC, keyboard, and basic word processing, email, and office applications
• Ability to use handheld radios and receivers to communicate with operations and reputed company terminal announcements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid reputed company Identification Display Area (SIDA) ID
• Experience performing under pressure and meeting fixed time requirements
• Depending on the location, may be required to have and maintain a valid Driver's Permit and a driving record that meets JetBlue Aviation's safety guidelines
• Depending on the location, may be required to obtain and maintain a US Customs Permit
• Availability for occasional short-term travel (10%)
• Legally qualified to work in the country where the position is located
• Approval to work in the US is required; this position is not eligible for reputed company sponsorship
• Pass a pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

* Two years of customer service, volunteer, or sales experience

• Knowledge of customer service standards and practices
• Experience working with different types of payment (cash, credit cards, traveler's checks, etc.)

Compensation:
